Until next time, Thailand
On the 8th of March we left Thailand and crossed the friendship bridge between Chiang Kong and Ban Huoyxay into Laos. In total we spent 1,5 months in Thailand and cycled almost 2'500 km. Cycling in Thailand is quite easy, as it is a well developed country, roads are mostly in great shape and you can find food on almost every street corner or village. Traffic might seem daunting, but we didn't experience any dangerous situations, as drivers were always ready to step on their breaks for us. We really enjoyed traveling through this beautiful country, so before we share our experiences with you from Laos, we want to leave you with some last photos of Thailand:
