Preparing for the BIG trip - does birdwatching count?

So many things to do, so many details to think about. It seems like every day all we can speak about is the big trip. And in reality we still have some time left to prepare, at least that´s what we keep telling ourselves. So why not go out and do some bird watching in the vicinities of Seville. At the Dehesa de Abajo right next to the famous Donana National Park, we were able to observe hundreds of waders in search for food in the mud banks, large groups of white storks, rare and not so rare ducks and of course: flamingos. What a great afternoon!
